However, the next time you're ready to order more surveys, call NFDA at 800-228-6332 for assistance. Paper-based surveys will now be available via the NFDA OurSimpleSurvey system. When you order either the 50 or 100-survey Starter Package, you'll receive all benefits including the capability to print out invitation letters and surveys for families who may not have Internet access.

Here's how NFDA OurSimpleSurvey.com works:

1. When you purchase a Starter Package through the NFDA Resource Store, you'll receive an email with simple account set-up instructions (multiple locations are all included in one business account). To receive your special introductory package, use Discount Code NFDAOSS95.
2. For every client family providing you with an email address (or with additional emails for other family members), NFDA OurSimpleSurvey will automatically send an invitation letter one week after the funeral service with a link to the survey online.
3. When a survey is completed and submitted online by a client family member, results are automatically emailed to designated staff at your firm. You also receive a snapshot report of all survey responses each Sunday via email.
